Trying to cut down Spam

Spammers are attracted to this board like bees to a honeypot. So to prevent future obscene posts, I am first changing user registration to be approved by admin. This will help cut down some of the spam I hope. The one problem is that if you are a genuine user, it might mean a delay before you get approved for posting. For that I apologize.
